At Regent Ballroom, we specialize in helping beginners learn how to feel more comfortable on the dance floor. Plus, weekly Friday night dances offer the chance to practice and use what you have learned. Our instructors are trained in ballroom, Latin, and nightclub style dances. Our most popular class for beginners is our 10 week BEGINNER DANCING Class. In our A session you'll learn Swing, Foxtrot & Bachata and in B session the Waltz, Rumba and Night Club 2step. THIS FALL we also have an amazing LINE Dance class that does not require a partner. And remember, dancing is even more fun with friends, so invite them to join you!  We have three 10 week semesters a year starting in January, April & September.  If you caught us between semesters and can't wait, private lessons may be the way to get started.

BEGINNING PARTNER DANCE 1A

TUESDAYS, starting September 9th   6:45-7:45pm

Beginners start here! Learn the basis of 3 user friendly partner dances.  Get started with the excitement of the SWING. Everyone should experience the smoothness of the FOXTROT (Fred & Ginger did it and so can you).  And for easy fun you'll begin the popular BACHATA which will leave you humming Latin music the rest of the night.

No partner required!  FUN choreography to a wide variety of music.  Works on your balance and memory, an easy way to exercise your body AND brain!
