At Regent Ballroom, we specialize in helping beginners learn how to feel more comfortable on the dance floor. Plus, weekly Friday night dances offer the chance to practice and use what you have learned. Our instructors are trained in ballroom, Latin, and nightclub style dances. Our most popular class for beginners is Ballroom 1. You'll learn all the basics of Swing, Waltz, Rumba, and Foxtrot in this class! THIS SPRING we also have COUNTRY 2STEP 1 and an amazing LINE Dance class that does not require a partner. And remember, dancing is even more fun with friends, so invite them to join you!  We have three 10 week semesters a year starting in January, April & September.  If you caught us between semesters and can't wait, private lessons may be the way to get started.
